Your challenge
- Drive revenue growth by owning the Americas sales plan, go-to-market strategy, pipeline, and strategic customer opportunities.
- Lead and develop the sales team by setting clear objectives, coaching performance, building capabilities, and attracting talent.
- Ensure commercial discipline through accurate forecasting, effective pipeline management, value-based selling, and responsible resource allocation.
- Strengthen customer and cross-functional partnerships across Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and global leadership. The role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.
- You have a strong record of leading complex enterprise SaaS sales and delivering sustained growth in the Americas.
- You have exposure to both North American and Latin American markets.
- You have profound knowledge of the media, entertainment, or broadcast industry, ideally supported by an established network of senior decisionmakers.
- You are analytical and you have experience operating successfully in a global matrix organization.
- You are a people manager and have significant coaching experience.
- You don’t need sponsorship to work and live in the United States.

- The salary ranges between $180,000 and $220,000 based on experience, qualifications and location, plus bonus.
