To support media companies in their growth in this fast-paced media world, we deliver innovative software solutions that optimize the life cycle of their content across channels and services.
At MEDIAGENIX, people are at the heart of everything we do. To support our growing Paris office, we’re looking for a People Officer who enjoys combining payroll expertise with a hands-on HR Business Partner role. Ideally you can work either part-time (4 days per week) or full- time.
You’ll play a key role in shaping a positive employee experience locally, while collaborating closely with our international HR team at headquarters. This is a great opportunity to make a visible impact in a dynamic, people-first organization.

Your impact:

  • Own the employee experience:
  • Run end-to-end payroll, benefits, and insurance processes with care and accuracy
  • Manage core HR administration and ensure data is always up to date
  • Be a trusted point of contact for employees and managers in the Paris office
  • Be a guardian of compliance and trust:
  • Ensure compliance with French labor law and internal policies
  • Support social dialogue and collaborate with Legal on labor law matters
  • Coordinate work permits, visas, and local regulatory requirements
  • Support in various administrative and accountancy related tasks
  • Support growth and development
  • Prepare employment contracts and offer letters for new hires
  • Help deliver smooth onboarding and respectful offboarding experiences
  • Contribute to People Development initiatives and HR projects
  • Shape our culture
  • Promote MEDIAGENIX’s values and culture locally
  • Co-organize team events and CSR initiatives
  • Support change management and HR tool implementations

What you bring

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a broad HR role, including payroll
  • Strong knowledge of French labor law
  • A proactive, solution-oriented, and people-focused mindset
  • Fluency in French and English
