Are you the mastermind behind our machines? As an Automation Engineer, you’ll bring our machines to life. You’ll design the control architecture and write the software that powers everything – from movement to safety. Fancy being part of this? Join us! You are responsible for the operational functioning of our machines and work alongside various internal departments and external suppliers to successfully complete projects. You are responsible for drawing up the functional specifications and documenting your programmes. You are responsible for the programming (PLC/HMI/Motion/Safety) and testing of our machines in our workshop. You will work alongside the Electrical Engineering department on new developments. You will provide support to the production team during the commissioning of our machines. You are willing to travel to customers’ premises from time to time to optimise the commissioning of new machines and resolve any commissioning issues on site. You will write the user manuals and commissioning manuals. You will provide customers with the necessary after-sales service, either remotely or on-site at the customer’s premises.
