As a Junior Engineer, you will play a key role in an intensive onboarding program covering the entire production flow (integrated within the 3-month probationary period), guiding you step-by-step through every stage of Delta Engineering's activity. You will have the opportunity to work directly across all operational areas - from the Warehouse and the raw material processing hall to the assembly hall - gaining hands-on experience with the workflow of each position, the production systems used, and the relevant software programs. As you get up to speed with our operations, you will also explore the automation sector. At the end of this learning journey, you will be assigned to the Start-Up Engineer role, encompassing everything that you have assimilated. Responsibilities: Workflow Familiarization and Onboarding Phase: Learning the goods processing activities, verifying related documentation, and organizing inventory in the warehouse. Becoming familiar with the internal management system and understanding the complete material flow within the company. Observing and understanding the processes in the processing and welding shop. Practicing the understanding of specific technical drawings, monitoring execution times, and tracking the flow. Getting familiar with the electrical cabinet build process and studying the associated assembly manuals. Practical collaboration with the Start-up department to gain a deeper understanding of the types of industrial machines built and their assembly/operation methods. Consolidation and Integration Phase: Gradually developing autonomy and deepening the knowledge acquired during the workflow familiarization stage. Learning how to analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across various aspects of production. Proposing and participating in the implementation of an initial practical project. Actively and strategically collaborating with production department leaders.
