As a CNC Operator, you will play an essential role in preparing, setting up, and operating our equipment, accurately interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring strict compliance with quality parameters. You will have the opportunity to showcase your attention to detail by constantly monitoring the machining process, inspecting parts, and efficiently managing work orders within the system. In an environment that promotes discipline and safety, you will maintain the equipment within optimal operating parameters and ensure a clean, organized workspace, serving as a core pillar in achieving the company's production standards. Responsibilities: Mastering and applying knowledge regarding technical parameters and standard specifications for loads and materials. Interpreting dimensions from technical drawings. Monitoring quality parameters and reporting any non-conformities. Ensuring optimal operating parameters and checking coolant/emulsion levels. Managing work orders and documentation within the system. Setting up CNC machines, performing initial configurations, and inspecting finished parts. Maintainance of the space around CNC machinery and ensuring personal protective equipment (PPE) is in good condition. Maintaining machine hygiene at the end of the workday.
